No — we manage your car insurance claim on your behalf. Our dedicated team handles all communication with the insurer, saving you time, stress, and hassle. You’ll only need to notify your insurer for reference purposes if required.

No, we believe in complete transparency. If you weren’t at fault, we recover all costs from the other party’s insurer. Even if you are at fault, we contribute £150 towards your excess — you only cover any remaining uninsured costs.

The only exception is in the rare event of a fraudulent claim, in which case you may be liable for hire car charges.

No. Claimsline is completely independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by any UK car insurance provider, including Aviva, AXA, Direct Line, or others.

Not directly. Because we manage your claim independently, many of our clients avoid impacting their no-claims bonus.

However, final decisions regarding future premiums are made by your insurer.
