No, we believe in complete transparency. If you weren’t at fault, we recover all costs from the other party’s insurer. Even if you are at fault, we contribute £150 towards your excess — you only cover any remaining uninsured costs.
The only exception is in the rare event of a fraudulent claim, in which case you may be liable for hire car charges.

Not directly. Because we manage your claim independently, many of our clients avoid impacting their no-claims bonus.
